Tanis is correct. To Whom? Zell is an example of a pawn shop.
I think its 150 to Zell (probably 180 to Wenzel). As I recall, the firelance is cursed when it drops, which is why you can't sell it to anybody. I forget exactly how I did it once, but I believe one can get the curse taken off the weapon and then sell it to the shop. It may take a fire warrior to wield it and “remove” the curse at the monk (its been a long time since I decursed one, not 100%)

David is correct, when you find a firelance, it is already cursed. In order to sell it, you need to cast the fire spell “mundane” on it to remove the curse.
