DRUNK (Water)
Many books mention this Water spell. A spellcaster of Water is able to cause disorientation and confusion in someone using this spell. The effects are durasive and are reputed to be pleasant feeling. The results are apparently very humorous, and the spell is as often used as a prank as it is for serious combat.
